BM111  3.3KW automatic focusing cutting head

High adjustment accuracy Quick cutting, perforation

The BM111 series is an automatic focusing fiber cutting head introduced by the Swiss RAYTOOLS AG in 2017. The product has a built-in motor drive unit, which automatically changes the position within a range of 22mm by a linear mechanism to drive the focusing mirror. The user can continuously set the focus through the program to complete the rapid perforation of the thick plate and automatically cut the plates of different thicknesses and materials. The product incorporates the D30’s compound lens group to integrate the light beam, optimizing the optical and water-cooled design so that the laser head can continue to work stably for a long time under high power.

features

  • Optimized optical configuration and smooth and efficient airflow design;
  • Automatic focusing range +9~-14mm, adjustment accuracy 0.05mm;
  • Can be used with D30 composite lens, the maximum fiber input power can carry 3.3KW;
  • Focusing lens drive maximum acceleration 10m/s2, maximum speed 10m/min;
  • Collimation increases the protection of the lens and effectively protects the collimated lens;
  • The use of a drawer mirror holder makes the replacement of protective lenses quick and easy;
  • With QBH, QD and other fiber interfaces, can be adapted with various fiber lasers;
